Global Shipping

At Balooshe, we offer free global shipping on all orders over $100 (PKR 16,000/-). For purchases under $100, a shipping fee of $15 will be borne by the customer. We take special care to make sure the products reach our customers in a satisfied, safe and quick manner.

We use FedEx for shipping all other international orders and TCS for shipping all local orders.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. This email will include details about courier and related tracking information. The production and delivery times are as follows:

Production Time

Production time per pair — 3-7 days (you will be notified for any delays in the production timeline)

Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

  • Cash on Delivery

Order Customisation

  • Urgent order charges — $15 (Rs. 2,500)*
  • Customisation charges — $30 (Rs. 5,000)

* in case you wish to get your order in 1-2 days

Delivery

  • International orders (outside Pakistan) — 3-7 business days through FedEx
  • Local orders (within Pakistan) — 3-5 business days through TCS
  • Local orders (within Lahore) — 1-2 business days through hand delivery (Mon – Fri, 10am – 5pm)

Please note that for orders outside Pakistan, you might be charged additional import taxes or customs fees. We do not cover any import fee or duties, you can get an estimate of what you will be charged using any online duty calculator.

30 Days Return Policy

Balooshe offers a 30 day return and refund policy to all our customers. While we hope you never have to use this, but if you do, it’s there for you.

  • Returned products must be unworn, not damaged, and must include original Balooshe packaging.
  • This return policy does not apply to gift e-cards.
  • We offer free returns in the U.S on orders over $100 (reimbursement of shipping charges up to $15).
  • For orders outside Pakistan, products cannot be exchanged or returned on purchase less than $100.
  • Shoes made with customized details cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Any extra custom charges on the shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • Balooshe will bear shipping costs of 1-time return of products. In case of multiple returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • In case of return of discounted articles, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges of returns within Pakistan will be borne by the customer.
